Every plan includes a monthly amount of usage. Standard is the base amount; 5× gives you five times as much each month and 20× twenty times as much, for the same agents. The bigger amounts cost less per unit: 5× is 5% better value and 20× is 10% better value than buying the same usage as extra usage. As a guide, Solo Standard covers a few tasks a day, and Solo 20× covers a couple of agents that are busy all day.
Usage is the AI model work your agents do when they think, write and act. A quick question uses very little; a long task in the browser uses more. The apps show how much of this month’s usage is left, as a percentage. Your agents' computers, storage and the apps are part of the plan.
Your plan’s usage renews on the 1st of each month and doesn’t carry over. Extra usage you add never expires while you’re subscribed, and is used after your plan’s usage runs out.
Admins get an email at 80% and at 100%. You can add extra usage at any time, move to a bigger allowance, or turn on automatic top-ups so your agents never stop. Without usage left, agents pause until the 1st.
No. Your agents use Irene’s model access, so there are no keys to set up or manage.
Yes. Moving up takes effect right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down works once your workspace fits the smaller plan, for example after removing agents.
No. You can cancel at any time, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
